Mesnil Montrivaut is a 200 m² manor house made of Burgundy stone, set on a 800 m² plot of land with a closed private parking and garden.

The concept! Our cottages can be rented individually, but you can also book the entire house for a family or friends reunion: everyone has their own space, but there is also a common space for get-togethers!

Gîte Marie de Bourgogne 30 m²

Single-story, it consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Le Téméraire 35 m²

First floor, it consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a cabin bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom.

Le Bon 70 m²

Second floor, it consists of two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm twin beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom.

Shared spaces 60 m²

Single-story, it consists of a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Equipements

All our kitchens are equipped (induction hobs, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, crockery). Basic groceries: oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Towels and bed linen are provided. All our linen is certified Okeo-Tex without harmful substances. The bed linen is made of a double layer of washed cotton, we love its slightly waffled side and especially its softness. Try it, you’ll adopt it!

Our mattresses and bedding are made of 100% natural materials (cotton, solid wood, latex), antibacterial and anti-mite.
