What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: Arrivals are possible from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with in-person welcome. After 7:00 pm, self check-in may be arranged under certain conditions. Check-out : Departures are between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. The property must be vacated by 10:30 am.

What are the payment terms for the stay?

In accordance with our general booking conditions, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. In compliance with regulations for furnished holiday rentals, a rental agreement is signed upon arrival.

Do longer stays benefit from a special rate?

Yes. Stays of one week or more benefit from a reduced rate. For the price applicable to your dates, please contact us.

Pets are not allowed, except with prior written approval from the owner.

What are the check-out and cleaning instructions?

To help us prepare the accommodation for the next guests, please follow these guidelines: Rental of one or more apartments or the entire house with cleaning option : empty the dishwasher, leave the kitchen and dishes clean and tidy, take out the trash to the designated bins, remove bed linen and place it on the floor with the used towels, return any moved furniture to its original place. For rental of the entire house, please also clean the floor of the shared room. Rental of the house without the cleaning option : end-of-stay cleaning is entirely your responsibility.

Is the holiday home suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The ground-floor apartment is adapted to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. An access ramp can also be installed at the apartment entrance upon request (please contact us).

How does access to the wellness area work?

The wellness area is accessible to guests staying on site as well as external visitors. It is not included in the nightly rate. It is offered as an option at a price of €60 for 2 people for a 1.5-hour private session. Access is by reservation only, so we can prepare the space in the best conditions. From Paris

Take the A5 motorway, then the A31, and exit at Til-Châtel.
Follow signs to Dijon via the N974.
Drive through Til-Châtel, then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto the D959 towards Mirebeau-sur-Bèze.
Drive through Lux.
Turn left onto D959 / Rue du Centre.
Turn right onto D28b.
Leave Lux and continue on D28b.
Turn left onto D112.
Turn left onto D960 (Rue de Dijon).
Upon entering Viévigne, turn left onto Rue de Montrivaut.
Then turn right onto Ancienne Route de Bèze.

From Lyon

Take the A6 motorway, then the A31, and exit at Mirebeau-sur-Bèze.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
Turn right onto D960 towards Arcelot.
Turn left towards Arceau.
Drive through Beire-le-Châtel.
Turn left onto D960 (Route de Dijon).
Continue right on D960.
In Viévigne, turn left onto Rue de Montrivaut.
Then turn right onto Ancienne Route de Bèze.
