We have designed our indoor and outdoor shared spaces to reflect the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our property. Whether you’re staying with family, friends or colleagues, these areas are perfect for spending time together, relaxing and enjoying a variety of activities.
A Swimming Pool and Shared Outdoor Spaces
Behind the guesthouse, the 3.5 × 5.5 m Bali-style swimming pool and its outdoor terrace invite you to make the most of sunny days. Surrounded by stone walls and greenery, this peaceful setting is perfect for a refreshing swim, reading in the shade of a parasol or simply unwinding.
The outdoor areas are also ideal for enjoying meals together or playing games with family and friends, all in the peaceful surroundings of the Burgundy countryside. You’ll find:

A swimming pool open during the warmer months, perfect for cooling off.

⚠️ Important Information Before Booking: Swimming Pool Access
Access to the swimming pool is complimentary only when renting an individual apartment. As this access is provided free of charge, no refund will be issued if the pool is unavailable.
When renting the entire manor house, swimming pool access is not included. Exclusive use of the pool is available as an optional paid service. If this option becomes unavailable, the full amount paid for it will be refunded.
Opening Hours and Season: The swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to September, daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Indoors: A Welcoming Shared Space
At the heart of the manor house, a spacious communal room is available for all guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area and a comfortable lounge, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together, chatting over coffee, playing board games or simply spending quality time together, regardless of which apartment you’re staying in.
This inviting space comes to life throughout your stay, naturally becoming a central gathering place where guests can share memorable moments.

The manor house
Stay in the manor house by renting the entire property. This option gives you exclusive access to all five apartments, as well as the large shared living room and outdoor areas. It is the ideal solution for groups who want to share special moments (meals, games, relaxation) without giving up comfort and privacy at night.

Marie de Bourgogne apartment offers a soft and elegant atmosphere in the heart of the manor house. Designed for rest and serenity, it invites you to enjoy a comfortable break in an authentic and peaceful setting.
Le Téméraire
Le Téméraire apartment stands out for its generous space and strong character. Located within the manor house, it combines independence, comfort, and historic charm for a warm and welcoming stay.
Le Bon

Le Sans Peur
Le Sans Peur is a welcoming duplex apartment with exposed wooden beams. Its living area with a fully equipped kitchen and upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a single bed offer space to spend time together, with a separate area for rest.
