What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: Arrivals are possible from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with in-person welcome. After 7:00 pm, self check-in may be arranged under certain conditions. Check-out : Departures are between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. The property must be vacated by 10:30 am.

What are the payment terms for the stay?

In accordance with our general booking conditions, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid one month before the arrival date. In compliance with regulations for furnished holiday rentals, a rental agreement is signed upon arrival.

Do longer stays benefit from a special rate?

Yes. Stays of one week or more benefit from a reduced rate. For the price applicable to your dates, please contact us.

Pets are not allowed, except with prior written approval from the owner.

What are the check-out and cleaning instructions?

To help us prepare the accommodation for the next guests, please follow these guidelines: Rental of one or more apartments or the entire house with cleaning option : empty the dishwasher, leave the kitchen and dishes clean and tidy, take out the trash to the designated bins, remove bed linen and place it on the floor with the used towels, return any moved furniture to its original place. For rental of the entire house, please also clean the floor of the shared room. Rental of the house without the cleaning option : end-of-stay cleaning is entirely your responsibility.

Is the holiday home suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The ground-floor apartment is adapted to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. An access ramp can also be installed at the apartment entrance upon request (please contact us).

How does access to the wellness area work?

The wellness area is accessible to guests staying on site as well as external visitors. It is not included in the nightly rate. It is offered as an option at a price of €60 for 2 people for a 1.5-hour private session. Access is by reservation only, so we can prepare the space in the best conditions. The apartment in a few words

The Marie de Bourgogne apartment is on one level with a private entrance, making it accessible for guests with reduced mobility. You will find:

One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
A living room with kitchen and a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed
A bathroom with a walk-in shower

All our kitchens are fully equipped : induction cooktop, dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, and tableware. Basic pantry items such as oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided to help you start your stay with ease.

Bed linen and towels are included. All our linen is Oeko-Tex certified, free from harmful substances. Our bedding sets are made of double-layer cotton gauze, appreciated for its lightly textured feel, or washed cotton satin for its soft, velvety softness.

Our mattresses and bedding are made from 100% natural materials (cotton, solid wood, latex), and are antibacterial and anti-dust mite. The medium “Absolute Comfort” pillows are neither too soft nor too firm, always ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.

Breakfast, dinner, and access to the wellness area are optional – reservation required at least 48 hours in advance for meals.
